The Enliven global compensation plan combines the quick and sustainable weekly income of a Binary Fast-Start system with a monthly pay Unilevel plan that develops residual income. Business builders love the fact that volume does not breakaway or become uncompensated when it occurs deep in their organization.
The Binary Fast-Start program offers three ways to earn commissions to quick start your business as you build you Unilevel to earn residual income:
- Fast Start Bonus - These bonuses are paid directly to the enroller (distributor who is enrolling the new recruit). The amount of the bonus varies depending on which Business Pack is purchased.
- Basic Binary Commission - Features: You can have a maximum of 3 BCs (business centers) and each center can earn up to $2,000 per day in Basic commissions, for a total of $6,000 per day, or $42,000 per week! As you create two balanced sales teams BV (binary volume) will accrue on each side as new distributors purchase business packs below you in your organization. Commissions are paid on 10% of the total BV that accumulates in the weak leg (the weak leg is the leg that has the least amount of accumulated BV). That means if your Left Sales team accumulated 50,000 BV and your Right Sales team accumulated 70,000, your Left Sales team would be the weak leg, and you could earn up to $5,000 in Basic Binary commissions.
- Matching Bonus - Distributors with the rank of Silver or higher in the Unilevel earn a 100% Matching Bonus, dollar for dollar, on the Basic Binary Commission earned by all of their personally enrolled distributors, distributors with the rank of Bronze can earn a 40% Matching Bonus on the Basic Commissions earned by their personally enrolled distributors. You can earn up to $20,000 maximum per month in Matching Bonuses on each one of your personally sponsored distributors.

The Unilevel program allows you to gradually build a large residual income. Because you receive commissions on up to eleven levels, your income can become very large and with the full volume compression you can be paid on all qualified levels. The Unilevel allows you to maximize commissions by pushing the highest percentage commissions to the levels that typically have the most distributors and PV (product volume, associated with product purchases such as autoship orders in the
Unilevel).

Monthly Business Bonus
This Bonus rewards the hard work of distributors who advance to the rank of Platinum and above, up to $1,000 paid each month. This Bonus is money paid to you in addition to your regular Unilevel and Binary commissions. Use this money to help build your business, buy a dream car or a bigger home, take an exciting vacation, invest in your future, or pay off some bills!
Leadership Bonuses
These Bonuses allow distributors to participate in the worldwide monthly Unilevel (non-binary) product volume of the Company. These bonuses reward distributors for engaging in the money-generating activities that make distributors successful. In addition to these worldwide Leadership Bonuses, the Company is allocating 1% to 2% of its monthly PV (product volume) for prizes, trips, and special promotions that will be awarded in each specific region of the world. This will allow each region to motivate and reward the efforts of those that help each region be successful.
- 1% Bronze and Silver Bonus
Paid monthly. Only distributors with the current rank of Silver and Bronze participate in this bonus. Your share of this pool equals your total Group Volume, times the applicable Base Rank Factor (Bronze = 1; Silver = 3), plus a New Business Factor (1 for each 1,000 BV minimum you personally generate in the Binary Program during the month), divided by the 1% of the total worldwide company Autoship (Unilevel) of the Company for the month. For example, if you were a Silver who had GPV of 8,000 and you personally generate 2,400 BV in the Binary Program during the month, your total points would be as follows: 8000 GPV points times 5 (Base Factor of 3 for Silver, plus 2 for the 2,400 BV you personally generated) = 40,000. You would receive your pro rata share based on your total points generated during the month. This gives you an opportunity to increase your share by advancing in Rank and continuing to personally recruit and build your
organization.
- 1% Gold and Platinum Bonus
Paid monthly. This bonus works on the same basis as the Bronze and Silver Bonus, except that it applies only to distributors who obtain the rank of Gold or Platinum during the month. Your share equals your compressed Group Volume through 15 levels times the total Base Rank Factor achieved during the month, plus the New Business Factor, divided by 1% the total worldwide company Autoship Volume of the Company. The Base Rank Factor is 1 for Golds and 2 for Platinums. The New Customer Acquisition Factor is 1 for each 1,000 minimum Binary Volume you personally generate during the calendar month.
- 2% Diamond Bonus
Paid Quarterly. Diamonds, Double-Diamonds, and Triple-Diamonds only. Each month of the quarter your share of the pool is determined by multiplying your total Group Volume through 15 levels times the applicable Rank Factor (Diamond = 1, Double Diamond = 2, Triple Diamond = 3), divided by 2% of the total worldwide company Autoship volume for the month. This produces your pro rata percentage of the pool for the month. Your totals for all three months are added together and then the Bonus is paid out quarterly. If you were not at least a Diamond in any given month during the quarter then you would participate in the Gold and Platinum Bonus for the month in which you do not qualify for the Diamond Bonus
