Michael V. Lee, CEO
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mike Lee is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enliven International, Inc. He is a founder of the company and is its majority shareholder.
Mike has extensive experience in a number of fields, including finance, marketing, corporate and sales management, and venture capital formation. He holds a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and attended Loyola Law School for two years before leaving his full-time legal studies early to manage a sales company he had founded, employing nearly 100 people.
At age 30, he obtained a General Securities License (Series 7) and became a partner in an investment advisory company where he lectured extensively throughout the Western United States on advanced estate planning and asset preservation techniques. Mike's efforts resulted in the acquisition of clients with assets exceeding five billion dollars.
In 2002, Mike became CEO of Enliven International, realizing a vision that began eight years earlier. In 1994, Mike was instinctively led to travel with Mitch Tate to Tahiti where they were first introduced to the power of
Noni. This trip set in motion the events that led to the formation of the Noni industry. Were it not for that trip, the Noni industry would not exist as it does today. Mike became such an ardent believer in Noni and the impact it had on people's lives that, at his first opportunity, he joined the Enliven team.
Mike and his wife enjoy an active lifestyle, along with their seven children. In his free time, he enjoys reading and playing golf.

Michael Breshears
Chief Operations Officer
Michael joined Enliven in December 2005 as the COO (Chief Operations Officer). Michael was introduced to Mike Lee and Enliven by Craig Case, with whom Michael has worked with in the network marketing industry.
Michael has served in various executive roles over the several years that he has been involved in the network marketing industry. He was COO for
EcoQuest, a large nutritional and technology company. During their growth years, Michael also served as Vice President of Operations and later as the President and COO for AIM, a nutritional product based MLM company. He also served in operational consulting roles for various companies in the industry. He also has been and continues to be active in the industry trade group, the Direct Selling Association.
Michael attended the University of Utah and the University of Phoenix in Business Administration. He then joined the retail and distribution industry and served in various management and executive roles with large companies in that industry. He was later introduced to MLM and network marketing business model and thus begun a great involvement with this exciting industry.
Michael and his wife Karen have relocated to St George to be a part of the Enliven organization.

Eric Anderson
Vice President of Sales & Distributor Relations
Enliven International is pleased to announce that Eric Anderson has been appointed as the new Vice President of Sales & Distributor Relations. He comes to Enliven with deep network marketing experience. He has an MBA and has spent the last 17 years in various management capacities with a multinational, billion dollar company. During his tenure there, Eric worked very hard to help that company as it grew from 50 million to 500 million dollars in just a few years. This extreme growth gave Eric knowledge of the business few people will ever obtain. Enliven is so pleased to have such a competent professional on board. His time was spent in operations, sales, marketing and customer service in both domestic and foreign markets. The years he spent in these different departments is evidence of his utility and understanding of the fundamentals of network marketing.
Clearly, Eric is the ideal individual to help Enliven handle the huge international expansion and growth it is experiencing. He decided to come to Enliven because of Mike Lee's vision for the company and the products. Eric saw the vastly experienced executives and knew Enliven had great potential. Eric's rich experience in this industry helped him easily see that this is the right company at the right time with the right product.
Medical Board
Dr. Abbas Qutab
Head of the Enliven Medical and Scientific Board
Dr. Abbas Qutab serves as the head of the Medical and Scientific Board for Enliven International, and is a bright, gifted addition to the Enliven family. Dr. Qutab holds degrees in medicine, oriental medicine and chiropractic, as well as a Ph.D. in ayurvedic medicine. He is one of very few physicians in the U.S. who has been awarded an honorary
Sc.D. from the World Health Organization Charted University for his work in promoting alternative medicine. In 2003, he received the "Physician of the Year" award from U.S. Congress for his active role in the NRCC of the National Health Care and Medicare Reforms Committee.
Dr. Qutab travels extensively and has taught thousands of physicians in the U.S. and Europe how to integrate alternative medicine into their practices. Co-author of several books on ayurvedic medicine, he is also board-certified in naturopathic medicine. He is a world renowned speaker and has received several leadership awards for promoting complementary medicine. Dr. Qutab is on the advisory board of the Congressional Health Care Reforms Committee in Washington, D.C., and is currently its honorary chairman for Massachusetts.
Dr. Thomas Burke
Enliven Scientific Board Member
As a member of Enliven’s Medical and Scientific Board, Dr. Thomas Burke has contributed a wealth of knowledge, experience and research on the effects of nitric oxide on the human body. His distinguished career as a research scientist, accomplished biologist and medical school professor spans more than 30 years. Along with his areas of expertise in nephrology, physiology, and cellular and molecular structure and function, his primary interest in the circulatory system led him into extensive research in the field of nitric oxide following its discovery in the late 1980s.
Dr. Burke has worked directly with Enliven International since 2000, providing information and training, as well as results of his scientific experiments and clinical research. Dr. Burke has published more than 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and 16 chapters, editorials and reviews during the course of his career. As a visiting scientist at the Mayo Clinic, Yale University, the University of Florida and the University of Alabama, he developed an extensive network of colleagues in many biotechnology disciplines throughout the country. Dr. Burke also serves as the Director of Research and Clinical Affairs for Anodyne Therapy, a Tampa, Florida, manufacturer of non-invasive medical devices.
Tereza Hubkova, MD
Enliven Scientific Board Member
Dr. Hubkova graduated with her Doctorate in Medicine from Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic. While there she was named class Valedictorian and received the Margaret Bertrand Award for excellence in scholarship. Dr. Hubkova has practiced at Vinohrady University Hospital, Liverec Hospital, both in the Czech Republic. She did her post graduate training at MWMC Framingham in Internal Medicine. Dr. Hubkova is a Board Certified Internist. She has received the Reiki certification, is fluent in English, Spanish and Czech. Dr. Hubkova is an active person who enjoys outdoor sports, the arts and organic cooking.
Dr. Thereza Hubkova is also board certified in family practice and currently works in a hospital and also has a private practice at the Holyoke Health Center. She is also certified in several holistic modalities. She was chosen to sit on the Medical Advisory Board because she is extremely intelligent and also reads and speaks several languages including Spanish. She will definitely be an asset when Enliven moves into Spanish- speaking markets.
Todd R. LePine, MD
Enliven Scientific Board Member
Dr. LePine is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice. He graduated with his Doctorate in Medicine from Dartmouth Medical School and has been a Staff Physician at Fairview Hospital and Berkshire Medical Center, he currently has a private practice in Massachusetts. Dr. LePine's areas of professional expertise include Integrative Medicine,
Nutrigenomics, Detoxification and Intestinal Health.
His professional memberships include Massachusetts Medical Society, Berkshire Medical Society, Institute for Functional Medicine and the American College of Physicians. He is also a consulting physician at a world famous health resort, Canyon Ranch. He develops wellness programs for their clients and gives lectures on various health topics.
